Our focus at Dualex is to build the best quality computers. Since we deal in high volume, we buy components at the lowest price, which allows us to pass the savings on to you, our customer. The best part of our computers, is our service.

At Dualex, we believe in building our business through sincere relationships with our customers. A satisfied customer is the foundation of our business.
The custom-built PCs that we sell have our TDC brand tags on the outside. On the inside, you will find products from leading manufacturers such as Intel, Western Digital, Tyan, Sony, Diamond Multimedia and 3COM.
We also sell and service printers from companies including, but not limited to, Hewlett Packard, Okidata and Epson.
Many customers bring equipment to our facilities for repairs and upgrades. We repair and upgrade any IBM-compatible computer, even if it was not purchased from us. Unlike other companies that sell computers, we will help you identify areas of your PC that can be upgraded to provide more features or better performance without necessarily replacing the entire PC. We give you options when other companies would only give you one choice, a totally new PC.
We provide on-site services at your facility when it is inconvenient or impossible to bring your equipment to us for service, particularly printers and network systems.
We offer a wide variety of consulting services that are difficult to describe in a sentence or two, but they all revolve around a simple concept - listening to our customer. This concept is central to all things we do at Dualex. We design computers and network configurations to satisfy a particular software or business need.
