Technical Support
If you are having technical problems with your computer system, contact one of our technicians during our business hours. We are also open 10am–2pm on Saturdays from September thru May. You can also email us for technical support 24 hours a day at sales@dualex.com. If you are contacting support electronically, please make sure to include sufficient identifying information so that we can provide the fastest service.
When calling, please be prepared to spend a few minutes with a technician. Have your computer turned on, if possible, and call from a telephone by your system.
If the problem includes an error message, please write down as much information from the screen as possible, including what you were doing before the error occurred. This information can greatly reduce the time required to troubleshoot the problem.
